Former President Arroyo’s Controversial Attempt to Travel Abroad

My wife said those Justices appointed by former President Gloria Arroyo to the Supreme Court should inhibit themselves from participating in deciding on cases involving her.  It is standard practice of judges to inhibit themselves from hearing cases where there is “conflict of interest” on their part.  I think my wife is right.
