Population Control

Sometimes solutions are ironic.
Instead of the RH Bill, i believe it is more effective to give ”8 to 5″ type of jobs to people (especially women) as this will discourage having a lot of children among families where the mother has regular work.
No wonder economically advanced countries have low birth rates.
The RH Bill will just waste money.  Focus on improving the economy instead.
